Trip Cancellation Policy

All Fi$hFin refunds will be entertained by the concerned Guide Company.

If the captain cancels the trip, the complete amount is returned to by the guide to the customer.

Customers are able to cancel their bookings but the refunds customers are entitled to will depend on the number of days left before the day of the trip.

  • If case the customer cancels when there are 7 or more days from the date of the trip, the customer will be entitled to their complete amount minus stripe fees, Fi$hFin transaction fees and 10% of the booking amount.

  • If case the customer cancels when there are 3 to 6 days from the date of the trip, the customer will be entitled to their complete amount minus stripe fees, Fi$hFin transaction fees and 20% of the booking amount.

  • If case the customer cancels when there are less than 3 days from the date of the trip, the customer will be entitled to their complete amount minus stripe fees, Fi$hFin transaction fees and 30% of the booking amount.

The amount to be returned will depend on whether the customer has paid the amount in full or has paid a down payment.

Note: Customers should reach out to the Guide Company to process their refunds as soon as possible.

Fi$hFin will not be responsible in any way, shape or form if any damages or significant losses are incurred in the case of bad weather, acts of God etc.

Customers and guides can reach out to the Fi$hFin team in case of any serious monetary disputes.
